A big THANK-YOU to everyone who attended our Open House on August 1 and Volunteer Orientation on August 15. We are very excited to have them join us! We are always looking for volunteers to join our program.  Our upcoming Fall Session is beginning soon and we are looking forward to welcoming all of our students. Because we have had a number of new students join our program for this fall, at this time we have had to start a waiting list. If you would like to sign up for our program and put your name on the list, please contact us at (772) 532-7603 or specialequestrians1992@gmail.com.

ALL other photos will be used throughout the calendar. Space is limited, so submit your photos today. Go here for submission info.

Volunteer Appreciation

We've missed a few months in our Volunteer Appreciation corner, but we're back with not just one, but an entire group of "volunteers" who have been diligently coming out to our facility for the past 5 weeks. Thank you to a generous grant from Quail Valley, we have been able to offer a summer Equine Science and Barn Management program to a handful of students. This group of hard working individuals have been busy learning about horses and how to take care of them, including feeding, grooming and bathing, mucking stalls, health issues, parts of the horse, and so much more. The work isn't always easy and it definately isn't for those who don't like to get dirty, but our students have been willingly working hard, learning lots, and having fun. We appreciate all the help they give us! Below is just a taste of what our students have been accomplishing. Visit our facebook page for more.
